Client

GarnetWise is an accounting and tax compliance company offering bookkeeping, payroll, VAT and tax support for small and medium-sized businesses in Cyprus — serving both English and Russian-speaking entrepreneurs.

Most accounting websites feel like a bill you haven’t opened yet. Cold, formal, and slightly threatening. But the people behind GarnetWise knew their clients — entrepreneurs building something in Cyprus, often navigating a foreign tax system for the first time.

They needed a website that felt like a trusted advisor, not a government office. Warm, clear, and confident. That was the brief.

/ Goals

Building a Bilingual Webflow Website That Earns Trust and Generates Leads on Autopilot

GarnetWise came to Pixerry Studio with a clear ambition: break away from the generic blue-palette, stock-photo aesthetic that dominates the financial services niche — and build a digital presence that actually converts.

The project goals were shaped around four priorities — brand differentiation, bilingual accessibility, conversion of qualified leads, and a website that continuously promotes itself without manual effort.

  • Design a warm, distinctive Webflow website that feels premium and approachable — not corporate and cold
  • Build a fully bilingual experience in English and Russian, with localised content and CMS-managed translations for each audience
  • Create conversion-focused page structures with strategically placed CTAs guiding business owners toward consultation booking
  • Implement a full SEO & GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) ready structure — including content clusters, structured metadata, and schema.org markup — built to rank in traditional search and surface in AI-generated answers
  • Develop a FAQ section built from real user search queries (sourced from Answer the Public) to capture long-tail traffic and answer objections proactively
  • Deliver UX copy and microcopy across all pages — labels, CTAs, form hints, error states — ensuring no navigation dead-ends
  • Integrate an AI-powered blog autoposting system (Webflow + n8n + AI with human-in-the-loop) so the website continuously publishes expert content and promotes itself — without hiring a content team

In 2026, design without automation is just a pretty wrapper on an empty box. True digital luxury today is when a business owner doesn’t have to think about processing a lead or publishing an article. The system does it for them, freeing up time for strategy rather than routine.

/ Challenges

Making a Financial Services Website Feel Human Without Losing Authority

Accounting is a trust business. But trust in financial services has traditionally been communicated through visual codes — dark blues, suit photography, dense legal text — that feel distant and impersonal.

Challenging those conventions without undermining credibility was the central design and content challenge of this project.

  • Standing out in a commoditised niche: 95% of accounting websites in Cyprus look identical — blue palettes, stock photos of men in suits, walls of compliance text. The brief required a completely different visual and tonal direction, while still communicating expertise and reliability. Every design decision had to earn its place.
  • Bilingual UX without doubling the complexity: Serving both English and Russian-speaking audiences meant building a coherent bilingual architecture in Webflow — with CMS-managed content for each language, consistent UX patterns across both, and localised copy that felt native rather than translated.
  • Building a self-promoting content engine: The client needed the website to generate organic traffic over time without manual content effort. Integrating an AI + n8n blog autoposting system into the Webflow build — with a human-in-the-loop approval step via Telegram — required careful architecture planning alongside the design process.
  • SEO & GEO structuring in English and Russian: Ranking in both traditional search and AI-generated answers across two languages and one highly specific market (SMBs in Cyprus) required precise content architecture, dual-language search intent patterns, and schema.org implementation woven into the site structure from day one — not bolted on as an afterthought.
/ Result

A Website That Stands Out, Converts, and Promotes Itself

The delivered website gave GarnetWise something rare in the financial services space: a digital presence with a genuine personality — warm, clear, and confident — backed by a technical foundation built to rank, convert, and grow autonomously.

  • A fully responsive Webflow website with a distinctive warm palette and custom visual identity — clean, human, and authoritative without being corporate
  • A fully bilingual experience in English and Russian, with localisation ensuring both audiences feel natively served
  • Conversion-optimised pages with contextual CTAs placed at every meaningful decision point — consultation booking, service explainers, and lead capture all positioned where users need them most
  • An SEO & GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) ready structure supported by schema.org markup (LocalBusiness, FAQPage, Service) — built to rank in traditional search and surface in AI-generated answers where business owners in Cyprus are actively looking for accounting support
  • A comprehensive FAQ section developed from real user searches — covering the most common questions around VAT, payroll, and tax compliance for SMBs in Cyprus
  • An AI-powered blog autoposting system (Webflow + n8n + AI with human-in-the-loop) that monitors trends, generates expert content drafts, and publishes only after owner approval — turning the website into a self-promoting content engine running on autopilot

/ Summary

When Design Dares to Be Different, Conversion Follows

GarnetWise now has a website that does what most accounting firms’ sites fail to do: communicate trust immediately, speak to two audiences fluently, and generate leads without constant manual input.

This project pushed every layer of the build — brand identity, bilingual UX, content strategy, SEO foundations, and a live automation system — all working as one.

  • A competitive audit turned the niche’s visual sameness into a clear differentiation strategy — warmth and character where others offer suits and blue gradients
  • Bilingual architecture built from day one — not retrofitted — ensuring a seamless native experience for both English and Russian-speaking audiences
  • An AI-powered content engine that keeps the website alive and ranking without demanding the owner’s time
  • An SEO & GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) ready structure that positions GarnetWise to be found in both Google search results and AI-generated answers — where the next generation of Cyprus-based entrepreneurs is already searching

The result is a website that works as a genuine business development tool — attracting, qualifying, and converting leads around the clock
