Client

La Centrale Immobilière de Gestion is a property management agency and syndic de copropriété serving property owners and co-ownership associations in the Lyon city region.

Behind every property is a person trying to protect something they’ve built. For landlords managing from a distance, co-owners navigating complex syndic decisions, or families renting out their first apartment — the choice of a management agency is rarely just transactional. It’s about trust.

This project was about making that trust visible from the very first scroll: clear language, calm structure, and a website that feels as reliable as the agency behind it.

/ Goals

Building a High-Performance Website That Converts Property Owners into Clients

La Centrale Immobilière de Gestion came to Pixerry Studio with a clear need: a website that works as hard as their team does. The project goals were shaped around four priorities — visibility in local search, clarity of service offer, conversion of qualified visitors, and a website the team could maintain independently without developer dependency.

  • Design a modern, fluid Webflow website in French with subtle animations that reinforce professionalism and trust
  • Build a robust, hierarchical information architecture covering all service lines (rental management, syndic, property consulting) with clear user pathways
  • Create conversion-focused page structures with strategically placed CTAs at every decision point in the user journey
  • Implement a full SEO & GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) ready structure — including content clusters, structured metadata, and schema.org markup — built to rank in traditional search and surface in AI-generated answers
  • Integrate schema.org markup (LocalBusiness, FAQPage, Service) to maximize rich result eligibility in Google Search
  • Develop an FAQ sections built from real user search queries (sourced from Answer the Public) to capture long-tail traffic and answer objections proactively
  • Deliver UX copy and microcopy across all pages — labels, CTAs, form hints, error states — ensuring no navigation dead-ends
  • Build a structured Webflow CMS so busy agency owners can independently update key content — service details, fees, team info, and FAQ entries — without developer dependency

/ Challenges

Turning a Complex, Multi-Service Agency into a Clear, Navigable Digital Experience

French property management is a highly regulated, multi-faceted field. Presenting it clearly to two distinct audiences — individual property owners and co-ownership boards — without overwhelming either group was the central design and content challenge of this project.

  • Information architecture from scratch: The agency offered multiple, legally distinct service lines (gestion locative, syndic de copropriété, transaction immobilier) each with different audiences, vocabulary, and decision criteria. Creating a single coherent Information Architecture that serves all users without confusion required deep mapping of user journeys before a single wireframe was drawn.
  • Competitive SWOT analysis revealed systemic weaknesses across the local market: Auditing competing agencies in the Est Lyonnais and Nord Isère area exposed a consistent set of problems — all of which became strategic opportunities for La Centrale Immobilière de Gestion:
    • Missing or weak CTAs throughout competitor sites, leaving users without a clear next step and dramatically reducing conversion rates
    • Information imbalance — either too sparse (no detail on how services work) or too dense (walls of legal text with no visual hierarchy), causing frustration and high bounce rates
    • Absent UX copy — no link labels, no guidance text, no confirmation messages — making navigation opaque and eroding user confidence
    • Heavy, unstructured navigation menus with no logical grouping, forcing users to hunt for basic information
  • Building for two audiences simultaneously: Property owners seeking rental management and syndic presidents representing co-ownership associations have very different needs, literacy levels, and emotional states. Designing pages that speak clearly to both — without separate site versions — required careful content layering and UX segmentation.
  • SEO & GEO structuring in French: Ranking in both traditional search and AI-generated answers requires precise content architecture, French search intent patterns, and schema.org implementation woven into the site structure from day one — not bolted on as an afterthought.
/ Result

A Trusted Local Presence That Ranks, Engages, and Converts

The delivered website transformed La Centrale Immobilière de Gestion’s digital presence from a basic informational page into a strategic business asset — designed to rank, engage, and convert.

  • A fully responsive Webflow website in French, built with modern fluid animations that feel professional and trustworthy — never flashy or slow
  • A structured, multi-level navigation architecture that cleanly separates service lines while maintaining a unified brand experience
  • Conversion-optimized pages with contextual CTAs placed at every meaningful decision point — contact forms, callback requests, and service explainers all positioned where users need them most
  • An SEO & GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) ready structure supported by schema.org markup (LocalBusiness, FAQPage, Service) — built to rank in traditional search and surface in AI-generated answers where local property owners are actively looking for help
  • A comprehensive FAQ section developed from real user searches — covering the most common questions around rental management fees, and syndic obligations
  • Full UX copy across all pages — ensuring every button, form field, link, and empty state communicates clearly and moves the user forward
  • A structured Webflow CMS empowering the agency team to independently update key content — service details, fees, team info, and FAQ entries — with no developer needed
/ Summary

Local Service Businesses Win Online When UX and SEO Work Together

La Centrale Immobilière de Gestion is now equipped with a website that does what most of their local competitors’ sites fail to do: communicate trust immediately, guide users to the right service, and convert that attention into contact.

The project is a strong example of Pixerry Studio’s approach — combining structured UX thinking, conversion-focused design, and technical SEO foundations into a single cohesive Webflow build.

  • A competitive audit turned local market weaknesses into a clear differentiation strategy
  • Information architecture designed before design began — ensuring the site structure serves real user needs, not internal org charts
  • Every page designed with a conversion goal — not just to inform, but to prompt action
  • A Webflow CMS built for real agency life — giving the team full control over their most important content without ever touching code
  • An SEO & GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) ready structure that positions the agency to be found in both Google search results and AI-generated answers — where the next generation of property owners is already searching
  • The result is a website that works as a genuine business development tool for a local agency competing in an increasingly digital market
