SkinExpert NSH Natalia Shatilo is an esthetician and skincare expert, offering high-quality, natural facial treatments and machine-cosmetology, with a strong focus on manual face remodeling and rejuvenation without injections. She blends deep relaxation with visible results, tailoring every procedure to the individual’s skin needs.

Skincare is deeply personal, connected not only to appearance but also to confidence and wellbeing. With this in mind, Natalia designed the website to feel calm and supportive — a digital reflection of the esthetician’s real-life care.

Highlight Natural Beauty & Expand Online Sales

The primary goal was to design a website that feels like a calming, trustworthy online extension of Natalia’s facial studio. It had to clearly explain treatments, answer common client questions, and offer online booking. A professional cosmetics shop was also added to allow clients to purchase recommended products directly.

Key objectives included:

  • Showcase Natalia’s approach to natural skin rejuvenation and personalized care
  • Present a clear menu of facial procedures and machine cosmetology services
  • Integrate an easy-to-browse shop for professional skincare products
  • Build a “favourites” feature so returning customers can save and reorder products easily
  • Ensure the site feels light, calm, and relaxing on any device

Balancing Service Detail with Relaxing UX

A main challenge was to organize detailed treatment information and dozens of products without cluttering the design or overwhelming visitors. Every detail, from the soothing visuals to the clear navigation and integrated shop, was crafted to help visitors feel at ease while exploring treatments and selecting products for their own self-care routine.

To solve this, Natalia:

  • Created clear, chunked sections for services, skin concerns, and treatment benefits
  • Used generous whitespace and soothing color palettes to maintain a calm atmosphere
  • Added subtle animations to guide visitors through services and product listings smoothly
  • Designed a clean, intuitive shop experience with easy “Add to Favorites” and repeat purchase options
  • Ensured all pages are mobile-optimized so clients can book or shop from anywhere

The final site reflects Natalia’s philosophy: blending high-quality skincare treatments with a gentle, personalized approach. Visitors can easily explore services, book appointments, and shop recommended products — all within an experience that feels warm and welcoming.
