Muse Group — the company behind some of the world’s most popular apps for music creation. With over 400 million users worldwide, Muse Group combines innovation, community, and creativity to build tools that make music more accessible, expressive, and connected.

Following the success of our previous collaboration, Muse Group entrusted us with a new challenge: to shape the internal onboarding experience into something as thoughtful and polished as their external brand.
Engage and Guide New Hires Before Day One
The goal was to design an onboarding landing page, both aligned with the brand identity and easy to use, that supports new hires from the moment they accept an offer — well before their first day.
The portal serves as a central hub for company culture, tasks, and practical guidance, strengthening trust and a sense of belonging from the very beginning. The solution also needed to be easy to manage by non-coders, allowing the HR team to update content fully independently.
Main objectives included:
- Introduce Muse Group’s creative culture and key values in a warm, visual style
- Organize preboarding steps, key contacts, and FAQs clearly
- Build the portal on a no-code solution, giving the Muse Group team the autonomy to manage and update content without technical support.
- Design for mobile and accessibility to reach a global team


Keeping Clarity and Warmth in a Compact Flow
The biggest challenge was presenting all essential info without overwhelming new hires. The portal needed to be clear and engaging — so newcomers feel welcomed, not buried in administrative tasks.
To achieve this, we focused on:
- Designing clean layouts with clear sections, chunked content, and plenty of whitespace
- Using smooth, meaningful animations to guide attention naturally
- Building on Webflow as a no-code solution, enabling the HR team to easily manage updates and add content without technical involvement
- Testing across devices to ensure full responsiveness and easy reading
A Self-Service, High-Engagement Preboarding Portal
The final portal combines clear structure, warm visuals, and a simple step-by-step flow. It reduces repetitive HR questions and makes new hires feel ready and confident before day one.
